1　　XP liquid photosensitive resin was developed by Chemical Sensitization Institute of CAS, Scientific and Shaanxi Academy of Printing Technology, Northwest University, Shaanxi Daily and Xi'an Organic Chemical Industry Plant, and was certificated by News Printing Bureau of PRC and Shaanxi Scientific and Technical Committee. Since it was put into production, the output has been greatly increasing and the quality is still high and stable. Thus, various awards are received including First Achievement Award of National Significant Technical Equipments, Second Scientific and Technical Achievement Award of News Printing Bureau of PRC, and Excellent New Product of Xi'an.

　　XP liquid photosensitive resin is a new complex photosensitive material for printmaking, and possesses many characteristics as high printmaking speed, high resolution, high intensity, excellent ductility, easy recovery and cleaning, as well as firm cementation with film base and stable storage. Besides, its price is only 1/4 of that comes from abroad. It is used by Beijing Economic Daily, Sichuan Daily, Shandong Mass Daily, Xi'an Evening Newspaper and many book printing plants, and has substituted for the same resin imported since its technical indexes reaches the level of brand name products aboard, thus filling up the national gap. In addition, by using it, the lead is phased out, the environment is meliorated, thus paving the way for the popularization of photosensitive resin printing and getting remarkable social and economic effects.

3、Application:

It is mostly used in the making of resin printing products, popular in newspapers, books and magazines, packaging. It is acceptable for all liquid resin printmaking machines inside and all fully automatic printmaking machines outside, and able to make resin relief printing plates with the thickness of relief 0.4-2 mm.

4、Packaging: 3kg, 5kg net Wt, in iron drums.

5、Storage and Prevention: Store in dry, shady, ventilated places, in the temperature below 20 degrees centigrade, and avoid light and fire sources. In transportation, notice the signs and do not invert, while avoiding collision with sharp or hard things, for fear that the product drains or solidifies in meeting light after the packages are damaged.
