  Fluid rubber cross-linking agent
1、Chemical Name: methacrylic glyceride

2、Shortened Form: rubber cross-linking agent (alias: homo-polyester 12-1)

3、Properties: The rubber cross-linking agent is a new rubber assistant, pertaining to innocuous multi-function additives. It performs in the rubber mixing as the plasticizing agent, in the vulcanization as the cross-linking agent, and when used in white rubber of inert filler, it can highly improve the hardness, strength and elongation. Besides, it can enhance the brute force and hardness of the rubber, improve the adhesion strength with metal and chemical fiber textiles, and greatly shorten the mixing time, thus improving productivity.

4.Application: It is mostly used in acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, ternary ethylene propylene rubber, natural gum, butyronitrile, polyethylene, sizing materials and so forth, and applicable to the making of a variety of machines, dustproof and waterproof, uncured testing tubes under oil wells. Besides, it is acceptable in the fabrication and maintenance of miscellaneous tires, rubber fittings, rubber rollers and other rubber products.

  Solid rubber cross-linking agent

1、Appearance: light camel powder, sans taste, and non-corrosive.

2、Properties: It performs as the fluid rubber cross-linking agent. However, its usage is more convenient.

3、Application: It is used the same as the fluid rubber cross-linking agent, and is composed of 65 percent of fluid rubber cross-linking agent, 25 percent of white carbon black, and 10 percent of light calcium carbonate, which can be set in terms of the requirement.

4、Packaging: 25kg net Wt, inside plastic bags, packed by polyacrylic fiber-made knitting bags outside.

5、Storage and Prevention: Store in dry, moistureproof, ventilated, shady places. The storage life is six months.





  Methacrylic magnesium

1、Chemical Name: methacrylic magnesium
2、Shortened Form: MMg

3、Structural Formula:


4、Properties: As the bivalent metal-salt of the unsaturated organic acid, it is used to vulcanize rubber, and produces saline cross bond, performing very well due to its initiator-CDP. The vulcanized rubber owns the characteristics of high strength and elongation, resistance to high/low temperatures, especially of high hardness, brute force, resistance to tearing and, the high bonding nature and fatigue durability. Besides, It can decrease the permanent deformation of the intense light sizing materials of white carbon black, with special properties as temperature durability, oil resistivity, and high-voltage durability.

5、Application: It is used to manufacture high-strength unfilled sizing materials and high-hardness ones and applicable to a variety of high pressure seal components, miscellaneous mechanical dustproof or waterproof rings, as well as to the making of airtight products with high oil resistivity, high temperature durability, and frost resistance.

  NAPM

1、Chemical Name: N- (4- aniline phenyl) methacrylic amide


2、Structural Formula:


3、Properties: The product is one of the polymeric rubber anti-aging agents, and it can copolymerise with butadiene and Acrylon to get acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, which is durable to high temperatures and media, thus, spanning the storage and application life of the rubber products.

4、Application: It is mostly used as the anti-aging agent in the copolymerisation between raw rubber and rubber monomer, and owns the function of anti-aging and polymerization.

5、Technical Index: Appearance: bice, powder.  Melting Point: 100-104 degrees centigrade

6、 Packaging: 25 kg net Wt, inside plastic bags, packed by polyacrylic fiber-made knitting bags.

7、Storage and Transportation: Store in dry, moistureproof, ventilated, shady places, above 0.5 m from the ground; tighten necks in transportation and avoid inverting; store it away from water and fire.





  Methacrylic zincum

 As the rubber vulcanized assistant and heat resisting additive, the product is durable to acid, alkali, corrosion, and high temperature. Combined with rubber, it forms saline cross bonds, which can improve the strength of the vulcanized rubber and better the high-low temperature. Besides, it can increase elastane and resistance to tearing, reduce white carbon black, and decrease the compression permanent change of reinforcement sizing materials.


  Although methacrylic zincum and methacrylic magnesium (currently used) belong to the same series of products, methacrylic zincum looks loose, tenuously granular. The even spread in use can improve operating efficiency, in addition to its preceding methacrylic magnesium in increasing the flexibility and strength of rubber.
