4、Properties: Organic glass is a kind of thermoplastic plastics with a high transparency-92%, better than silicon glass. Its specific density is 1.180kg/m3, 1/2 of silicon glass's and the thermal decomposition temperature can reach 200 degrees centigrade. The mechanical robustness and ductility are 10 times more than of silicon glass. In addition, it is highly insolated, clean and transparent, durable to weathers, and can be stretched directionally; it is durable to the corrosion by common chemical articles, including acids (except aqua regia), alkalis, soluble to organic solvents as aromatic hydrocarbon, halogenated hydrocarbon. Its usage temperature is below 80 degrees centigrade, and its case hardness is high enough to be processed into various products

7、Application:

Organic glass is acceptable for lathing, shaving, sawing, milling, drilling, grinding and curving, as well as hand and machine finishing. In heating, it can conglutinate and be punched into various products. The comprehensive uses are introduced as follows:

★ Storage and Prevention: Store and transport in dry, ventilated places, away from fire sources and dissolvent.
